Refund Policy

All purchases can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be credited to the original card of purchase only. No cash refunds will be given.

Any items damaged in shipping must be reported within three days of delivery. All items damaged in shipping must be photographed. Photographs must include damage to the shipping box showing the name and postage of the shipping carrier, to allow us to place a claim with the carrier used for shipping. Items will need to be returned to us once photographs are received and approved for the claim. No credit will be issued without proper documentation of the damage for the claim AND until the items are returned to us. Replacements can be sent for items damaged in shipping instead of doing a refund using the same policy as above.

Refunds will be processed when the item is received. No refund will be given on items returned after 30 days of purchase. No exceptions will be given for returns past the 30 days of purchase.
